Co-ordination and Planning

The Co-ordination and Planning Task Team are a small group of 5-6 persons who meet approximately three to four times a year in the home of one of the members. The object of the group is to discuss all the events happening in the Church Calender at both Holy Trinity and Christ the King. The group make sure that there are sufficient people to handle the social events and that everyone concerned is aware of the particular jobs they have volunteered to do. Information is passed to the PCC in case approval is required. As regards services notes are made of any visiting preachers and if refreshments are required.
