FAITH DEVELOPMENT TASK TEAMThe Faith Development Task Team has had a busy few months. Our responsibilities cover activities such as prayer partners, and Bible study courses, e.g. Emmaus. We also arrange the Parish retreat and away days. Finally, there are such activities as Harvest or Christingle services to consider. Particular activities that we have been involved with this year include arranging the recent Parish Away Day and the forthcoming retreat in September. We are also involved in planning the various Bible study groups that have started or will start this year. No doubt you will also be aware that the Prayer Partners scheme was reviewed, giving existing participants to decide whether they wanted to carry on as they were, and allowing new people to join in. We also had a small part to play in deciding the theme of the Lent Lectures. It is possible that some of our Church Family were not aware of our activities. To address this, we have started putting an article into Trinity, under the title of Faith in Focus. We hope to place an article every month, and these articles will keep you informed about future events. And if you feel that there is something we should be doing and are not, please let us know.
