HOSPITAL TEA BAR

 

Being asked to write a report about the tea bar again, made me think along the lines of why we are really there.  I think that many people are simply glad to be able to get a cup of tea/coffee, but there is almost always some customers who are pleased to find someone who has time for a little chat, and that is perhaps just as important.
