The Weardale Museum is a small independent folk museum which was established by volunteers in 1985. Though entirely voluntary our museum operates to the highest standards. It has achieved full accreditation from both the MLA and VisitBritain and received a Carnegie Award for excellent interpretation, Charity No. 517100 |
